There’s a big phishing email going around about tickets to see a show of Peter Pan at Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre.
You’re asked to open an attached e-tickets which appear as pdf files. Needless to say bad things will happen if you open the attachment.
The hallmarks of a phishing email are there; it involves money, it asks you top confirm something which you might think needs doing in a hurry and it has a media related theme.
So think twice if you get an email that has these things – don’t open any attachments or click any links.
